About the role
Help Dr. Li focus 100% on patient consulting by handling all other operational and communication tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage LinkedIn (both personal and You First Consulting) and Instagram posts.
- Monitor/respond to emails and messages; organize inbox and follow-ups.
- Handle bookings/reschedules in Calendly; send reminders.
- Answer phone calls and text messages; maintain a professional, helpful tone.
- Collect and post patient feedback/testimonials (Google Reviews, Website).
- Follow up with patients (non-clinical check-ins).
- Maintain basic logs/trackers for completed tasks and patient contacts.
Requirements:
- Strong English, organizational skills, and phone etiquette.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Calendly, and social media platforms.
- Prior healthcare admin or virtual assistant experience preferred but not required.
- High school students, college students, or above may apply — no formal education limitation.
- Reliability, confidentiality, and HIPAA awareness (training provided).
Pay & schedule:
$12–$15/hour based on experience; part-time with potential to grow.
